1) Medical Form 34605. This needs to be filled out for each scout and adult. There will be no exceptions and there is no substitutes. Rodney's Staff was very clear: No form - go home. Make three copies and bring them to me anytime before summer camp. Keep the original.

2) List of merit badges being offered. Pick 3 to 4 and make sure it fits your needs and the schedule. When you are ready bring me or another adult leader your proposal (have some back ups). I can then register you for them immediately. Some classes will fill up (especially the required merit badges, so the sooner the better. Beaver patrol does not nave to worry about this.

3) Schedule. Use this to work your merit badge schedule.
